How to Undertake Business Development
Opportunities exist to develop most business services and customer databases to increase results, more sales, more profits, more channels of distribution, more leads, more referrals etc.
Your people can undertake the development of skills and learn more tasks to do. The focus must always be on measuring the development to achieve the end goal within the time frame, and at an acceptable cost.
The best time frame is a 12 week action plan which will ensure the focus is hard and fast for a short 12 weeks and then reviewed for results. If you cannot achieve this in 12 weeks then maybe stop and do not waste any more time and $$ funds.
